At LHD Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LHD Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
